How do I know the leads are exclusive?
Selling the same lead twice would end the business. Reputation is everything in a market this small.
How can you guarantee steady volume and quality?
Multiple traffic sources, multiple websites, and 14 years of experience navigating Google's changes. The platforms and algorithms shift constantly, but the underlying demand for steel buildings doesn't — my job is to keep finding the channels where buyers are searching, regardless of what Google does next quarter.
What happens if the lead came through "Your Building Team" and I'm calling from a different company?
Our intake forms tell prospects their inquiry will be matched with a vetted local builder — they're expecting a call from the builder we route them to, not from "Your Building Team."
When you call, you introduce yourself by your own company name: "Hi [name], this is [you] from [your company]. I received your inquiry about a steel building." Natural, accurate, matches what the customer expects.
How do I know your leads are good?
If you have a solid point of comparison — close rates from another lead source, your own ad campaigns, anything — the first batch of 50-100 leads will give you the data to compare directly.
If you don't have that comparison yet, I'd love to track close rates together from day one. Honest feedback on what closed and what didn't is more valuable to me than a polite "everything's fine" — it's how I keep the funnel sharp for you and every other partner.

We work on a prepaid basis with no long-term contract. If you want to stop, 2 weeks' notice is enough — that gives me time to re-route the territory or bring in a partner from the waiting list.
